We Back Our Installs
Only applicable to customers of HD Detailing who opt-in for our Shop Guarantee. If your Ceramic Coating Package installed by HD Detailing fails at any point, you may book an appointment and we will fix it 100% free.
XPEL PPF Lifetime Warranty
Only applicable to customers of HD Detailing who opt-in for our Lifetime Guarantee Warranty.
If you purchase any XPEL PPF package at HD Detailing, we will replace any damaged film. You can redeem a replacement one (1) time per calendar year.
For example, if you have a full front PPF package and a rock chips the film, you can book a free replacement of that piece. If any other damage occurs within the same year, you must wait until the following calendar year to book a replacement appointment.
If more than one piece of film is damaged, we will replace it as long as both pieces are redeemed in the same appointment.
You can not redeem more than one (1) replacement appointment in one (1) calendar year.
In order to be eligible, you must provide proof of purchase stating that you have HD Detailing Lifetime Guarantee Warranty.
- Stone chips in the film
- Accidental tears in the film
- Rips in the film
- Lifting of the film
- Damage due to a collision (this can be covered by insurance)
- Sandblasting from normal highway driving
- Damaged to paint under the film
- Damaged to paint from removal of the film
